Taxis are readily available at the airport and can get you to the hotel in about 20 minutes for approximately 25-30 EUR. Alternatively, you can take the metro from the airport, which takes around 25 minutes and costs 2.60 EUR. The metro station is conveniently located right across from the airport, and you can walk to the hotel from the central Trindade Station in about 10 minutes. Buses 601 and 602 offer another option, taking about 35-45 minutes to reach the nearby Cordoaria stop for just 1.80 EUR.

Parking is not available on-site, but there is a partner parking facility located approximately 50 meters from the hotel. Guests can avail of a special rate of 15 EUR for a 24-hour period.

Only the superior rooms are equipped with balconies.

The tourist office, located just 100 meters from the hotel, collaborates with various companies to assist in booking tours, including options for small groups or private winery and vineyard visits.

Parking costs 15 EUR for a full 24-hour period, and the location is conveniently situated only 50 meters from the hotel.

Unfortunately, the rooms do not have tea or coffee-making facilities. Additionally, breakfast options cannot be packed, but guests may inquire about serving options directly.

Check-out is required by 12:00 PM. However, guests are welcome to store their luggage at the hotel for the remainder of the day.

Dairy-free milk is available during breakfast for guests who require alternatives due to dietary preferences.
